Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Spire ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spire, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Spire is a household budget management application that helps users track expenses, manage family budgets, scan receipts, and organize payments. The app is intended for personal and household use only.

3. Account Registration

To use Spire, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Spire offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Spire, including expenses, budgets, goals, and other personal information. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.

6. Family Budget Feature

When you create or join a family group, shared budget data will be visible to all members of that group. You are responsible for managing your family group membership. The family group owner can remove members at any time.

7. AI Receipt Scanning

The AI receipt scanning feature provides automated categorization of expenses based on receipt text. Results are estimates and may not always be accurate. You should verify and correct any automatically categorized data.

8. Disclaimer

Spire is a budget tracking tool and does not provide professional advice of any kind. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on data displayed in the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spire and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
